با سلام و تقدیم احترام

مطلع شدیم که شما رسما از تاریخ اول ماه اوت ۲۰۲۴ به سمت گزارشگر مخصوص وضعیت حقوق بشر در جمهوری اسلامی ایران منصوب شده اید. قبل از هر چیز مایلیم انتصاب شما را در پست جدید تبریک گفته و برایتان در مأموریت حساس و خطیری که در پیش رو دارید آرزوی موفقیت نماییم.

من محمدرضا محمدنژاد برادر بهمن محمدنژاد که هم اکنون در اردوگاه مانز آلبانی در  فرقه رجوی نگهداری می شود هستم.

در طول سالیان گذشته ۴ تن از برادرانم؛ رسول، علیرضا، سیاوش و بهمن در دام این فرقه گرفتار شدند. ولی خیلی زود از نزدیک جنایات آنان در حق مردم مردم ایران در همکاری با نیروهای صدام  حسین و علیه مردم عراق را به عینه دیدند. چیزی که هرگز در ذهن و تخیل شان نمی گنجید.

عملیات موسوم به «مروارید» در بهار سال ۱۳۶۹ برابر با ۱۹۹۰ میلادی که توسط «مجاهدین» بر علیه کُردهای عراقی در شمال این کشور به وقوع پیوست باعت شد مردم بیگناه زیادی توسط همین اشرار «مجاهدین» به قتل برسند.

آن وقت بود که برادرانم به ماهیت ضد ایرانی و وطن فروشی رجوی پی بردند. برادرم سیاوش بدلیل تبری جستن از جنایات رجوی که خواهان جدایی بود، توسط همین «مجاهدین» و به کمک نیروهای عراقی در قرارگاه اشرف اعدام شد.

برادر دیگرم علیرضا موفق شد به همراه تعدادی دیگری از مخالفین فرقه رجوی از قرارگاه  اشرف فرار و پس از تحمل مشقات فراران از طریق خاک اردن به کشور سوئد پناهنده شود.

اما برادرم رسول در دست فرقه گرفتار شد. ولی هرگز در برابر فشارهای سران فرقه رجوی سر تعظیم فرود نیاورد. او تحت شدیدترین شکنجه های روحی و روانی سران فرقه در قرارگاه اشرف قرار داشت که تهایتا تصمیم رجوی این شد که او را به زندان وحشتناک «ابوغریب»  بفرستد. وی در این زندان نیز همانند زندان اشرف ولی اینبار توسط شکنجه گران عراقی به شدت شکنجه شد تا شاید نادم شده و مجددا به نزد فرقه برگردد. ولی او هرگز در برابر فشارهای رجوی سر خم نکرد. نهایتا هم توسط دولت ایران با اسرای عراقی تبادل شد. او نیز هم اکنون در کشور سوئد زندگی می کند.

لازم به ذکر است که یک دختر و دو پسر عمو و یک پسرعمه  بنده نیز سابقا عضو «مجاهدین» بودند که همگی شان در دهه هفتاد به محض شناخت ماهیت فرقه ای این گروه بدنام و وطن فروش آنرا ترک کردند.

هم اکنون تنها برادرم بهمن در دست این فرقه و در کشور آلبانی اسیر است. آنچه که خواست ماست این است که شرایطی فراهم شود که ما بتوانیم بعد از چند دهه او را بدور از اجبارات فرقه رجوی در اردوگاه مانز آلبانی ملاقات کنیم.

We have been informed that you have been officially appointed as the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran on August 1, 2024. First of all, we would like to congratulate you on your appointment in the new post and wish you success in the sensitive and dangerous mission ahead of you.

I am Mohammadreza Mohammadnejad, the brother of Bahman Mohammadnejad, who is currently being held in Manz Albani camp in the Rajavi sect.

During the past years, 4 of my brothers; Rasool, Alireza, Siavash and Bahman were caught in the trap of this sect. But very soon, they saw their crimes against the people of Iran in cooperation with the forces of Saddam Hussein and against the people of Iraq. Something that never entered their mind and imagination.

The so-called “Pearl” operation in the spring of 1369, equal to 1990, which was carried out by the “Mujahideen” against the Iraqi Kurds in the north of this country, many innocent people were killed by the same evil “Mujahideen”.

It was then that my brothers realized Rajavi’s anti-Iranian nature and patriotism. My brother Siavash was executed by the same “Mujahideen” and with the help of Iraqi forces in Ashraf camp because of the crimes of Rajavi who wanted to separate.

My other brother Alireza managed to escape from Ashraf Camp along with some other opponents of the Rajavi Sect and after enduring the hardships of the escapees, he became a refugee through Jordan to Sweden.

But my brother Rasool was caught by the sect. But he never bowed down to the pressure of the leaders of the Rajavi sect. He was subjected to the most severe mental and emotional tortures by the sect leaders in Ashraf camp, which was the reason why Rajavi decided to send him to the terrible Abu Ghraib prison. He was tortured in this prison, just like Ashraf prison, but this time he was severely tortured by Iraqi torturers, so that maybe he would repent and return to the cult again. But he never bowed to Rajavi’s pressure. Finally, it was exchanged with Iraqi prisoners by the Iranian government. He also lives in Sweden now.

It should be mentioned that a daughter, two cousins, and one of my cousins ​​were also formerly members of “Mujahideen”, all of whom left it in the seventies as soon as they realized the sectarian nature of this infamous and traitorous group.

Currently, my only brother Bahman is in the hands of this sect and is a prisoner in Albania. What we want is to provide conditions so that we can meet him after a few decades away from the compulsions of the Rajavi sect in the Manz camp in Albania.
